We’d like to invite you to join the Black Rock Vendors & Performers Facebook Group. In this group you will get the latest updates on events, set up details, new event releases and more from the Black Rock Community.
We’d also like to invite you the our FESTIVAL FANS group. In this group you are encouraged to share your experience, invite friends and use the group to promote your business within the parameters of the group guidelines stated in the rules upon entry.
We have a lot of great events going on with more dates to be added so be sure to follow our social media and check back regularly for updates.
Please read the applications carefully and save or print your responses for your records. Payment is required at the time of application and spaces are not reserved until payment is made. Please note that all registrations are final and non-refundable and non-transferrable. By submitting an application, you agree to the terms and conditions of Black Rock Events Coordinations listed below.
We require ALL food vendors both commercial and craft, to provide proof of liscencing and insurance. If you can not provide theses please see our VENDOR RESOURCES for assistance in becoming PA Dept. of Agriculture compliant.
Approximately a week before each event we will contact registered vendors with further day-of-event instructions.
We ask all attending vendors to post your wares in the events you are attending and ask that events be shared on social media. We’re all in this together so lets make it as successful as can be!
Terms & Conditions
Applications must be filled out by the vendors wishing to attend. You will be asked to attest that you are in fact the contact person named in the application and swear that by submitting the application form you agree to the following statement:
I assume all responsibility and liability for my participation and hold the venue, Black Rock Events Coordination and all associates harmless of all liability for damages, theft an/or other losses. I am responsible for my own insurance and liability coverage and will be held liable for any damages that arise from my participation. I understand that vendor fees are non-refundable at any time, regardless of changes to an event. In the event of cancellation my vendor fee may be applied to other Black Rock events upon approval by Black Rock Events Coordination. Refunds/transfers will not be made for a vendor’s inability to attend for any reason.
